What information is being collected?
CluMBA collects personal information of its members from applications and other forms submitted by such members. CluMBA publishes such information its proprietary databases on its websites. Any data registered on CluMBA website becomes part of permanent record being developed by CluMBA.

CluMBA is not responsible for any disclosures of the confidential information resulting for breaches of security on its websites, and provides no representations with respect of the state of security or encryption levels of its website.
Possible disclosure
CluMBA may have to disclose certain information about its members under special circumstances, such as when such disclosure is compelled by legal process or government authority.
